Key Opportunity: Principal, Private Equity
Neuberger Berman is seeking a highly accomplished Principal to join its Private Equity team. This is a significant opportunity for an experienced investment professional to play a pivotal role in driving investment strategy, originating transactions, and enhancing portfolio value within a globally recognized firm. The Principal will be instrumental in the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and execution to active portfolio management and exit strategies, contributing directly to the growth and success of the Private Equity platform.

Key Responsibilities
The Principal will assume a central role in the full investment lifecycle within Neuberger Berman's Private Equity group. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive due diligence, involving detailed financial analysis, market assessment, operational reviews, and the structuring of complex transactions. The role requires active engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition, collaborating with management teams to implement strategic initiatives that drive operational improvements and foster growth. Furthermore, the Principal will be instrumental in developing and presenting investment theses to the investment committee, contributing to investor relations, and guiding junior team members through complex analyses and deal processes.
