Private Equity Solutions - Senior Associate

Morgan Stanley Private Equity Solutions is an investment team within MSIM seeking to deliver innovative private markets solutions to a global client base. The Team comprises over 60 investment professionals and manages a global program across primary fund investing, co-investing, and secondaries in developed and emerging markets. The Team has invested over $27 billion across over 1,200 opportunities.

The Team is seeking candidates with previous experience at investment banks, consulting firms, private equity firms, or PE fund of funds for a Senior Associate position focused on fund investments (primaries), direct investments (co-investing), and LP secondaries investments.

Senior Associates work closely with senior investment professionals on 4-5 person deal teams and are responsible for investment analysis, research, and investment process management. The private markets program spans asset classes from venture capital to leveraged buyouts and special situations.
