Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

- Cultivate relationships to attract new fund investments

- Conduct prospective investor research and manage outreach campaigns

Investor Communications:

- Review and update fundraising collateral including marketing presentations, DDQs, and quarterly investor reports

- Manage investor events, webinars, and communications channels

Administration:

- Maintain investor databases and data rooms

- Coordinate with finance and legal teams on offering documentation

Requirements

- 5–7 years of professional experience in private investment, private placement, or client-facing roles

- Superior communication skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

- Chicago residency or willingness to relocate

- Legal work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship available)
