Mirana Ventures is hiring a Senior Associate/Principal as the foundational US hire to lead investment efforts from New York City. The individual will actively deploy the fresh $100M fund, sourcing and leading direct deals from Pre-Seed to Series A, with full-cycle ownership as the first US-based investment hire and the mandate to build the firm's presence and network in New York. The role includes access to the $100M subfund and Bybit's global distribution network of 80 million users, and involves investing alongside a high-conviction team backing category-defining protocols such as Ethena, Mesh, and Monad, while collaborating with top-tier fund-of-fund partners globally.

Responsibilities: source and lead 10-12 direct investments per year across DeFi, stablecoin, payments, and programmable money; own the entire investment process end-to-end, from founder engagement and due diligence through closing and post-investment support; act as the primary bridge between US-based startups and the Asian crypto ecosystem.

Ideal candidate: 4-6 years of experience investing in crypto or fintech at a venture fund, or a demonstrated track record as a top-tier operator or angel scout; deep domain expertise in financial infrastructure, tokenized capital markets, on-chain credit protocols, and payments; entrepreneurial mindset capable of sourcing proprietary deal flow independently.
