Mirana Ventures is the venture capital arm of Bybit, currently deploying a new $100M subfund focused on rebuilding global financial infrastructure. Mirana Ventures is hiring a Senior Associate/Principal as its foundational US hire, based in New York City, to lead investment efforts and deploy the fresh $100M fund. The role carries full-cycle ownership of the investment process, from initial founder engagement and due diligence through closing and post-investment support, with the mandate to build the firm's US presence and network in the world's largest financial hub.

Core responsibilities include sourcing and leading 10-12 direct investments per year from Pre-Seed to Series A across the DeFi, stablecoin, payments, and programmable money landscapes; owning the full investment lifecycle end-to-end; and acting as the primary bridge between US-based startups and the Asian crypto ecosystem, facilitating strategic partnerships and distribution through the Bybit and Mantle networks.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience investing in crypto or fintech at a respected venture fund, or a demonstrated track record as a top-tier operator or angel scout, with deep domain expertise in financial infrastructure — including tokenized capital markets, on-chain credit protocols, and payments — and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of sourcing proprietary deal flow and navigating complex diligence independently.
