Key Responsibilities:

The Director will be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities central to the private equity investment process. You will be expected to structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions, ensuring alignment with the firm’s investment criteria and risk parameters.

Post-acquisition, the Director will oversee portfolio management, implementing value creation initiatives and monitoring the performance of existing private equity investments. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with general partners, co-investors, and other industry participants will be crucial. The role also involves presenting investment recommendations to senior management and investment committees, along with providing mentorship and guidance to junior investment professionals.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a proven track record of success in private equity investment, demonstrating significant experience in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of private equity structures are essential.
