Senior Associate / Analyst

Role Overview

MDSV Capital is hiring a Senior Associate / Analyst to support investment processes across emerging manager fund analysis and direct investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Dual exposure across fund analysis of sub-$100MM vehicles and early-growth stage tech company diligence (typically post-Series A with $15MM+ revenues)

- Analyze historic fund performance data

- Conduct due diligence on tech companies and VC funds

- Provide research and modeling support

- Maintain reports from data providers like Pitchbook

- Assist with investor relations

Qualifications

- 2-4 years in VC, investment banking, consulting, PE/asset management, or tech

- Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency

- Excellent communication abilities

- Technology trend knowledge

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
