Marvelous is a Berlin-based pre-seed and seed venture capital fund focused on backing Europe's most ambitious industrial DeepTech founders. The fund invests across three interconnected verticals — Food, Agriculture & Land Use; Heavy Industry; and the Built Environment — with specific focus on Advanced Materials & Molecules, Waste Valorisation, and Robotics. The Role

As Senior Associate or Principal, you will be a genuine partner in building the Marvelous portfolio. This is a high-ownership role at a moment that matters most — when the portfolio is being constructed and the firm's reputation is being earned.

Responsibilities include independent deal sourcing across industrial DeepTech sectors, leading due diligence processes, engaging directly with exceptional founders, and deploying capital with conviction and rigour. There is no large analyst pool to delegate to; every team member carries real responsibility and earns real ownership in the fund's outcomes.
