Manhattan Venture Partners (MVP) is a New York-based venture capital firm focused on mid-to-late stage, pre-IPO technology companies. Founded in 2014, MVP is a flexible capital partner across primary and secondary transactions and has been independently recognized by Bloomberg and PitchBook for its role in the venture ecosystem. The firm manages approximately $3 billion in capital across its flagship funds and co-investment vehicles and recently closed its fifth principal fund.

MVP is seeking an associate to join its growing New York investment team. This in-office role is ideal for individuals excited about venture investing and looking to develop private investment expertise while building long-term relationships in the venture capital ecosystem.

Responsibilities include: assisting in transaction execution, including due diligence, research, financial and valuation analysis; identifying and tracking technology trends and market developments; developing investment theses and research presentations; supporting and expanding the investment pipeline; maintaining investment trackers for internal purposes and LP reporting; and supporting quarterly and year-end investment valuation processes with the fund administrator.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital; strong analytical, modeling, presentation, and research skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools; passion for investing and continuous learning.
