Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Vice President (Director) will be responsible for a comprehensive range of investment activities, including:
Origination and Execution:* Lead all phases of private equity M&A transactions in the digital infrastructure sector, including data centers, fiber networks, telecommunication towers, and related digital assets. This encompasses target identification, rigorous financial modeling, valuation, structuring, and negotiation of deal terms.
Due Diligence Leadership:* Manage extensive due diligence processes, coordinating internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, commercial) to ensure thorough risk assessment and opportunity evaluation.
Investment Analysis & Presentation:* Develop detailed investment theses and prepare comprehensive investment committee memoranda. Present clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
Market Intelligence:* Monitor digital infrastructure market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to identify new investment opportunities and potential risks.
Portfolio Management Support:* Contribute to post-acquisition value creation initiatives, supporting portfolio companies in strategic planning, operational enhancements, and growth strategies.
Team Leadership:* Mentor and guide junior investment professionals, fostering a high-performance environment and contributing to team development.
Stakeholder Engagement:* Build and maintain relationships with industry participants, financial advisors, and potential co-investors.
Location and Compensation:
