Senior Associate, Digital Infrastructure Investing

Macquarie Asset Management's Digital Infrastructure team is hiring a Senior Associate to invest in the assets and technologies supporting global connectivity. The role covers the full digital infrastructure investment lifecycle -- from sourcing opportunities through execution and exit -- deploying third-party equity capital and actively managing existing investments with a focus on long-term value creation. The Senior Associate will partner closely with senior leaders at portfolio companies to set strategy, guide business planning, and manage performance, while also contributing to mentoring and development within the team. Candidates should bring 4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally including direct investing and exposure to the digital or communications industries, along with a proven track record of leading transactions through successful execution and strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
