Key Responsibilities:

The Vice President will be responsible for a range of activities critical to the origination, execution, and management of infrastructure debt investments. Specific duties include:

* Leading comprehensive due diligence processes for potential infrastructure debt transactions, including financial, commercial, and legal aspects.

* Developing and managing complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess credit risk.

* Conducting thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for debt investments across various infrastructure sub-sectors.

* Preparing detailed investment committee memoranda and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

* Assisting in the origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities within the private credit and infrastructure debt market.

* Negotiating transaction terms and documentation with counterparties, advisors, and syndication partners.

* Monitoring the performance of existing portfolio investments and managing ongoing credit exposures.

* Contributing to market research, sector analysis, and thematic investment strategies within infrastructure.

* Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, tax, and portfolio management, as well as external advisors.

* Providing guidance and support to junior team members on transaction execution and analytical tasks.

Location & Compensation:

This position is based in New York, United States.

The salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000, accompanied by a discretionary incentive compensation plan.
