VC Associate - Marketing & Operations

LvlUp Ventures is a global venture capital firm specializing in early-stage and late-stage startup investment, with a focus on Consumer Goods & Technology. Recognized as one of the most active VC firms worldwide, LvlUp serves as an extended team for founders, providing growth strategies, fundraising support, and access to a robust network of corporate partnerships.

The firm is seeking a VC Associate for a remote, full-time contractor role covering Marketing, Operations, and Fund Operations. This hands-on, execution-first role sits at the core of how LvlUp operates, blending venture investment support with platform growth and community management.

Key responsibilities span multiple functions: Program Operations (supporting accelerators, pitch competitions, and founder programs); Community Building (growing a global network of founders, partners, and operators); Marketing & Growth (driving campaigns, storytelling, and distribution); Fund Operations (supporting deal flow processes, investment tracking, and pipeline management); Strategic Execution (building internal systems and automation); and Founder Support (working directly with portfolio companies on growth and readiness).

The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to operate with a high degree of ownership across venture operations and platform execution. Prior experience at a VC firm, startup accelerator, or growth-stage company is preferred.
