Lincoln International is a leading global investment banking advisor to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. With more than 1,400 professionals across 25+ offices in 16 countries, the firm specializes in M&A advisory, private funds and capital markets advisory, and valuations and fairness opinions.
The Vice President, Portfolio Valuations role sits within Lincoln International's Valuations & Opinions Group, which is recognized as an industry leader in the valuation of alternative and illiquid investments. The group's client base spans business development companies (BDCs), hedge funds, private equity firms, and corporate clients requiring valuation opinions for M&A transactions.
