The position sits within Lincoln International global Banking and Markets practice and works with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on healthcare sector transactions including buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates.

Lincoln International professionals at the VP level gain deep industry exposure and develop expertise in healthcare deal execution, including origination, structuring, due diligence coordination, financial modeling, and client relationship management.
