Vice President, Asset-Backed Finance

The Valuations & Opinions Group is an industry leader in valuing alternative and illiquid investments for investment funds, including BDCs, hedge funds, and private equity groups. The group advises on valuation matters for corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and recapitalizations, as well as for tax, accounting, litigation, and regulatory purposes.

Vice Presidents work closely with the firm's Managing Directors and clients in providing valuation and financial advisory services across multiple engagements and offices. Responsibilities include leading valuation analyses for private equity portfolio companies, preparing detailed financial models and investment memos, coordinating with clients across multiple engagements, and mentoring junior team members.

Lincoln International employs a hybrid work model (in-office Monday through Thursday). The firm operates across 25+ offices in 16 countries with more than 1,400 professionals.
