Director - Semiconductor & AI Infrastructure Investments

Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), the venture capital and growth equity arm of Koch Industries, is seeking a Director to join its investment team. KDT investment mandate is to originate and invest in promising entrepreneurs and disruptive technologies, with a current focus on the semiconductor and AI infrastructure theme.

As Director, you will be responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for new financial investments in high-potential companies within the semiconductor and infrastructure space. Responsibilities include driving financial modeling and due diligence for potential equity investments, preparing presentations for senior management identifying valuation, return profiles, competitive advantages and risks, performing industry and competitive analysis, and working with current portfolio companies in governance roles such as board member or observer.

The role also involves building and maintaining relationships within the semiconductor and AI infrastructure industry to stay informed of technology and commercial developments relevant to underwriting new investments and supporting portfolio companies. KDT leverages Koch Industries significant capital strength and liquidity as a large privately owned business to invest in disruptive technologies with long-term conviction.
