Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the origination and evaluation of new credit investment opportunities, identifying compelling risk-adjusted returns.

* Conduct comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to support investment recommendations.

* Structure, negotiate, and execute complex credit transactions, including direct lending, distressed debt, and special situations.

* Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments, actively participating in value creation initiatives and restructuring efforts where necessary.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, management teams of portfolio companies, and financial sponsors.

* Contribute to the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the US Credit Solutions Group.

* Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

Candidates will possess a demonstrated track record of successful credit investment experience within a reputable financial institution, private credit fund, or investment bank. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced financial modeling, are essential. Proven ability to lead transactions from inception to close, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities suitable for executive engagement, is required. A robust understanding of credit markets and a professional network within the industry are highly valued.
