As a Principal/Director, Structured Credit (CLO), you will be instrumental in leading key aspects of the firm's structured credit initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading the origination, structuring, and execution of CLO transactions and other structured credit investments.

* Overseeing portfolio management activities for existing structured credit exposures, including ongoing performance monitoring and risk assessment.

* Conducting comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence on underlying assets and potential investment opportunities within the structured credit landscape.

* Engaging with institutional investors, financial counterparties, and other key stakeholders, managing crucial relationships to support transaction execution and capital formation.
