The Principal on the Multi-Asset Product Strategy Team is responsible for contributing to the strategic direction and implementation of KKR's diverse product suite. While operating across a broad spectrum of alternative investments, this role will have a particular emphasis on private equity and related alternative strategies, reflecting a core strength of the firm. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of investment teams, capital markets, and investor relations, ensuring KKR's products meet evolving market demand and investor objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Contribute to the development and execution of KKR’s multi-asset product strategy, with a focus on private equity and other alternative investment solutions.

* Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, investor needs, and potential new product opportunities.

* Collaborate closely with KKR’s investment teams to translate distinct investment capabilities into structured and marketable product offerings.

* Support the structuring, launch, and ongoing management of various investment vehicles, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and investor preferences.

* Partner with investor relations, capital markets, and distribution teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.

* Prepare detailed product materials, presentations, and analyses for internal stakeholders and external investor engagement.

* Monitor the performance and market reception of existing products, providing strategic insights for continuous enhancement and adaptation.

* Facilitate internal coordination across legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure efficient product development and lifecycle management.
