Global Co-Invest Associate

KKR is a leading global investment firm offering alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions. The Co-Investments & Partnerships team is a lean, entrepreneurial, high-impact group that sits at the center of KKR's deal activity. The team works directly with investing teams across all geographies and asset classes — including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Credit, and Growth Equity — to raise capital, structure, and execute transactions. The team leads co-investment syndications alongside KKR's investments globally, provides capital markets advice, and develops both traditional and non-traditional capital solutions. The team also serves as the firm's clearing house for secondary transactions, including GP-led continuation vehicles and LP-led buybacks of funds and co-investments. With 12 people globally, every team member has meaningful ownership and broad exposure.

KKR is seeking an Associate for the Co-Investments & Partnerships team in New York in an immediate-start, career-track role for a driven and analytically strong professional who wants to combine hands-on deal execution with direct LP and investor engagement. Associates who perform well have a clear path to becoming deal leads within the team.

The role involves co-investment syndication, capital markets advisory, secondary transaction evaluation (GP-led continuation vehicles and LP-led buybacks), and direct engagement with limited partners and institutional investors across KKR's global platform.
