AVP, Global Payroll

This role oversees payroll operations across KKRs global offices, ensuring accurate and timely compensation processing for employees in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include managing relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, coordinating with HR and finance teams on compensation programs, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of global payroll experience, strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, and experience with ADP or similar enterprise payroll systems.
