Associate, Next Generation Technology

KKR Next Generation Technology (NGT) team invests in growth equity and majority transactions with checks between $50M-$300M across enterprise software, cybersecurity, consumer internet, fintech, and tech-enabled services. The team manages three successive funds with the current fund at $3B AUM.

Responsibilities:

- Divide efforts equally between deal sourcing and execution initially, transitioning toward greater emphasis on execution and portfolio company oversight

- Support investment identification, diligence, and post-acquisition value creation

Requirements:

- Approximately 2+ years investment banking background

- 1-2 years in growth equity, late-stage venture, or private equity

- Deal sourcing experience preferred

- Unquestioned integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork

- Strong analytical and communication skills
