Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Credit Compliance Officer

KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC ("KKR Credit"), the SEC-registered credit investing arm of KKR, is seeking a Compliance Officer to be based in San Francisco. KKR Credit invests across public and private credit markets with a team of over 120 investment professionals across New York, San Francisco, Orlando, London, Dublin, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, and Mumbai.

Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join a best-in-class Compliance Team, providing oversight and monitoring of the firm's trading platform and activities. The role requires coordination with Compliance team members across KKR's global offices and reports to the KKR Public Markets Deputy Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, review, and advise on conflicts of interest related to proposed transactions.

- Provide compliance oversight and monitoring of trading activities.

- Coordinate and collaborate with compliance teams in New York, Dublin, London, and across Asia.

Qualifications

- Experience in investment management compliance, ideally within credit or alternative asset management.

- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations for SEC-registered investment advisors.
