About This Role

Jordan Park provides investment management and financial advice to a distinct community of individuals, families, and institutions, with a mission to enhance lives and legacies. The firm is an SEC-registered investment adviser serving clients who have made extraordinary contributions to business, philanthropy, government, and society.

Jordan Park is seeking a Senior Associate/Vice President to join its Capital Markets team in New York, focused on expanding and scaling a platform that delivers quantitative, structured, and balance sheet-oriented solutions for clients. The role is central to a strategic platform designed to help clients navigate complex financial situations through customized strategies across hedging, monetization, diversification, and portfolio overlays, operating at the intersection of financial engineering, derivatives structuring, and client advisory.

Key responsibilities include designing and structuring bespoke strategies across hedging, monetization, and diversification; developing new platform capabilities and investment solutions; building financial models and scenario analyses across options, derivatives, and structured products; leading diligence and underwriting of external managers and solution providers; coordinating execution across banks, custodians, and sub-advisors; and supporting ongoing monitoring and optimization of strategies. The role also involves client advisory work, partnering with advisors on complex balance sheet scenarios, participating in client discussions on concentrated positions, liquidity, and risk management, and translating technical strategies into clear client insights, as well as building relationships with banks, asset managers, and structured solution providers.

Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, derivatives, structured products, or financial engineering, with a strong background in equity derivatives, structured solutions, or portfolio hedging, and strong analytical and modeling skills. The expected base salary for this role in New York ranges from $150,000-$200,000 per year, plus a discretionary year-end bonus and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer contribution, and a professional development stipend.
