Integrated Private Wealth (IPW), a premier ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) multi-family office platform built under Konvergent and Integrated Partners—a Top 30 RIA—is seeking a Director of Investments in Chicago. Partner firm Kai Wealth Advisors serves business owners and families navigating liquidity events and complex balance sheets, delivering institutional-quality investment solutions alongside advanced tax and estate planning.

This is a collaborative building role, not a traditional seat at a mature institution. The Director will help shape a differentiated investment offering, contribute to portfolio construction and implementation, and serve as the senior investment resource for IPW's client relationships and advisor teams.

Key responsibilities include supporting portfolio construction across UHNW client portfolios, integrating tax-aware strategies and non-correlated return streams, conducting manager selection and due diligence, and leading investment discussions with high-net-worth clients and prospects. The Director will also help define IPW's investment philosophy, asset allocation frameworks, and risk management approach as the platform scales toward a multi-billion-dollar business.

Ideal candidates bring deep investment expertise across traditional and alternative asset classes, experience advising UHNW clients, and the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear client guidance.
