Role Play a pivotal role in shaping the overall deal strategy and negotiations Utilise existing connections and cultivate new relationships to facilitate the creation of investment opportunities and foster lasting, value-driven partnerships throughout North America Guide deal teams in transaction execution, ensuring thorough oversight of deals and crucial relationships Responsible for team performance management, development, and engagement Requirements Over 9 years of investment experience, mainly focused on infrastructure Proven track record in relationship building and deal origination Experience in building, overseeing, and developing deal teams Strong record in managing relationships with portfolio asset co-shareholders and stakeholders, coupled with superior communication and presentation skills
