Role Overview

This experienced Analyst role (not entry-level; requires proven project finance, M&A, or transaction experience) will work across InfraReds infrastructure funds, including the Energy Transition Fund, HICL (a £3bn listed brownfield infrastructure fund), and value-add/greenfield infrastructure strategies spanning energy transition, circular economy, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support origination and execution — financial modelling, structuring, documentation — of infrastructure and energy investments, primarily in the Americas

- Manage and review due diligence and structuring workstreams, coordinating technical, legal, and financial advisors and ESG/tax/insurance workstreams

- Assist in preparing investment presentations

Qualifications

Proven experience in project finance, M&A, or transactions outside internships.
