This is a critical opportunity for an investment professional to lead key aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal origination and rigorous due diligence to active portfolio support and value creation. The Principal will play an instrumental role in identifying, evaluating, and backing the next generation of high-growth companies, directly influencing the firm's success and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

The Principal will assume comprehensive responsibilities across the investment process, requiring a blend of analytical depth, strategic foresight, and strong relationship-building skills. Core duties include:

Deal Sourcing and Origination:* Proactively identify and cultivate investment opportunities that align with Immune Boost Capital's investment thesis. This involves building and maintaining a robust network across the startup ecosystem, including entrepreneurs, incubators, accelerators, and co-investors.

Due Diligence Leadership:* Lead thorough and objective due diligence processes for prospective investments. This encompasses comprehensive market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, technology evaluation, business model validation, financial modeling, and team assessment.

Investment Execution:* Drive deal structuring, negotiate terms, and manage legal documentation to successfully close investments. Present compelling and well-supported investment recommendations to the investment committee.

Portfolio Management and Support:* Actively engage with portfolio companies post-investment. Provide strategic guidance, operational support, and utilize firm resources to help companies achieve their milestones and navigate growth challenges. This may include serving as a board observer.

Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership:* Contribute to the firm's investment strategy by developing and refining sector-specific insights. Represent Immune Boost Capital at industry events and enhance the firm's profile within the venture community.

Location:

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Immune Boost Capital fosters a collaborative virtual environment, emphasizing clear communication and performance-driven results.
