Vice President, RFx

IFM Investors is seeking a Vice President, RFx to join its EMEA team in London. IFM Investors is a global asset manager founded and owned by pension funds, managing approximately AUD $263.6 billion in assets across infrastructure equity and debt, private equity, private credit, real estate, and listed equities. With 16 offices across Australia, Europe, North America, and Asia, the firm serves over 814 institutional investors worldwide and has been investing for more than 30 years.

The Vice President, RFx will join the Clients & Strategy team, which covers Business Development, Investor Relations, External Relations, Sustainable Investment, and Brand, Marketing & Communications. The role is responsible for the execution, quality, and commercial impact of all RFx (Request for Proposal/Information/Tender) activity across the EMEA region, working within the established EMEA RFx function.

The VP will own the end-to-end quality execution of all RFx submissions for EMEA, ensuring that IFM produces timely, accurate, and compelling responses that support fundraising, consultant engagement, and client retention. The position requires a detail-focused, pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset in a high-volume, time-critical environment where competing priorities and tight deadlines are the norm. The VP will ensure that work is appropriately prioritised, resources are deployed effectively, and outcomes are delivered to a high standard.

This role sits within the Clients & Strategy function and is responsible for all investor-facing communications, including responses to asset consultants, existing investors, and institutional prospects. The ability to navigate complex investment content across multiple asset classes — including infrastructure, private equity, and private credit — and translate it into compelling, accurate written submissions is fundamental to the role.
