Structured Investments Product Manager - Vice President

iCapital is an alternative investment technology platform connecting wealth management firms, financial advisors, and institutions to private markets products. This Product Manager role leads buildouts of iCapital's structured investments platform, partnering directly with wealth management firms, financial advisors, issuers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders to bring scale, analysis, and efficiency to the structured investments industry. The role owns key platform areas from conception through launch and iteration, including identifying unmet needs, defining requirements, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to execute across multiple initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging with wealth management firms, advisors, issuers, and wholesalers to identify market opportunities; owning and driving product domains or strategic initiatives across the structured investments platform; defining product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria; leading the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature and workflow development from conception to launch; and monitoring performance of product features post-launch to identify improvement opportunities.
