Fund Origination - Vice President

iCapital is looking to hire a Fund Origination Vice President to support its growing alternative investments feeder fund business. This role reports into a Senior Vice President on the Fund Origination team, focusing on new product development, product structuring, manager onboarding, and fund lifecycle management. The individual will be responsible for leading and helping manage the onboarding and product lifecycle of various alternative investment vehicles across structures and asset classes, primarily funds created to invest into or alongside specified third-party alternative asset managers via feeder or conduit fund structures for the wealth management channel. This team stands at the heart of iCapital's growth into new markets and fund structures.

Responsibilities: lead and proactively manage the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept through launch; drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, efficient, and successful fund launches; partner with asset managers and wealth managers to structure and launch funds aligned with client, regulatory, and commercial requirements; oversee manager onboarding processes for new alternative investment feeder funds.
