Vice President, Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory (Structured Products)

The Vice President will join the Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory practice within Financial and Valuation Advisory, focusing on Structured Products across private credit and alternative assets. Houlihan Lokey was ranked No. 1 global M&A fairness opinion advisor by LSEG over the past 25 years.

This role involves providing independent valuation advisory services to PE funds, hedge funds, and credit managers on illiquid and hard-to-value investments including structured credit, CLOs, private debt instruments, and equity securities in portfolio companies. The position is based in Dallas or New York with full-time in-office expectations.
