This Vice President role sits within the FIG (GP Stakes) group of the Portfolio Valuation practice. The position advises PE fund managers and GP stakes investors on the fair value of management company interests, carried interest, and GP-level economic interests. The work is at the intersection of private equity fund economics and financial valuation, requiring deep understanding of PE fund structures.

Responsibilities include leading valuation engagements for GP stakes transactions, managing client relationships with PE sponsors and institutional investors, overseeing junior team members on complex valuation analyses, and developing new client relationships. Multiple US locations available.

Ideal candidates will have experience in private equity fund valuation, GP stakes investing, or financial advisory roles with exposure to PE fund structures and alternative asset management.
