Vice President - Capital Solutions, Healthcare

Houlihan Lokey is hiring a Vice President for its Healthcare Capital Solutions group in New York. The Capital Solutions Group comprises approximately 200 professionals globally and specializes in arranging tailored financing alternatives for corporate and private equity clients across the capital structure.

The Healthcare Capital Solutions team originates, structures, and executes private and public debt and equity financings for clients across the healthcare industry. Vice Presidents work on transactions covering bank debt and senior secured loans, second-lien debt and unitranche facilities, mezzanine debt, and equity and equity-linked securities.

Transactions span a variety of situations including growth capital raises, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, and special situations. The team works closely with sponsor-backed, publicly traded, and privately owned healthcare companies, as well as Houlihan Lokey Healthcare M&A and Financial Restructuring practices. Healthcare verticals include healthcare services, medtech, health IT, pharma, and pharmaceutical services.

As a Vice President, you will work alongside senior professionals on deal teams from initial pitch through closing, assist in evaluating and structuring financing alternatives for private equity sponsors and corporate clients, and develop deep corporate finance and valuation skills while building expertise in debt and equity capital markets dynamics.
