VPs are critical leaders of deal teams, leading day-to-day execution of transactions across M&A, divestitures, restructurings, and capital solutions. Responsibilities include creating client presentations, preparing confidential memoranda and marketing pitches, developing financial projection models, leading client negotiations, and mentoring junior bankers.
