Deal Execution Associate

Heritage Holding, a firm focused on acquiring and operating businesses through a platform-and-add-on model, is hiring a full-time Deal Execution Associate for its Boston office. The Associate will support the investment team across new platform and add-on acquisition opportunities: evaluating investment opportunities through market research, business diligence, and financial analysis; building financial models, returns analyses, and transaction scenarios; preparing deal memos, IOIs, LOIs, and investment committee materials; managing diligence workstreams across financial, legal, tax, commercial, and operational workstreams; coordinating with third-party advisors, lenders, and legal counsel; and supporting negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoff. The role offers direct exposure to live deal execution across the full transaction lifecycle at a firm built around acquiring and running businesses.
