Vice President

Health Velocity Capital is seeking a Vice President to join its investment team in San Francisco. The firm is one of the nation's leading healthcare software and services venture capital and growth equity investment firms, managing more than $500 million in assets and actively raising its next fund.

Health Velocity Capital invests on behalf of institutional LPs — including endowments, pension plans, large family offices, and fund-of-funds — as well as on behalf of some of the nation's most influential healthcare organizations. The firm's investor network represents organizations providing insurance to more than 175 million Americans, software to every major health system in the US, and pharmacy and PBM services nationally.

The VP will play a central role across all aspects of the investment lifecycle, working closely with Partners while operating with increasing autonomy. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end diligence processes, managing Associates through analysis workstreams, developing investment theses, and serving as a key representative of the firm with entrepreneurs, executives, and limited partners.

Core duties include establishing and leading diligence workstreams on prospective investments — financial, operational, and market analysis — to support investment decision-making. The role is well-suited for a candidate with strong investing and analytical experience seeking to deepen responsibility in a partner-led environment and develop into a senior investor.
