Vice President, Evergreen Investment Specialist

Role Overview

HarbourVest Partners, a global private markets multimanager firm, is hiring a Vice President for its Evergreen Solutions team in Boston. The role focuses on growing HarbourVest's private equity evergreen product line — comingled vehicles and separate accounts distributed to private wealth and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Investor Relations and Private Wealth teams to drive new business wins for HarbourVest's evergreen private markets vehicles

- Identify product capability builds and adjacencies for new evergreen product development

- Educate and engage the global Private Wealth and Investor Relations teams and other internal partners on the evergreen platform

- Deliver client and prospect pitches, and lead portfolio reviews with existing clients

- Oversee quality and consistency of client-facing responses and submissions

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of private market evergreen vehicles and deep knowledge of private equity and the private wealth market

- Excellent presentation and client engagement skills, able to tailor messaging to different audiences

Location & Format

Hybrid role based in Boston, MA — 18 remote workdays per quarter, with travel required.
