Role Overview

HarbourVest Partners is hiring an Associate, Product Management for its Direct Co-Investments platform, based in London or Dublin. Key Responsibilities

- Support the growth and management of HarbourVest's global Direct Co-Investment platform

- Sit at the intersection of investments, fundraising, client engagement, and business strategy

- Gain broad exposure to product development activities tied to the co-investment strategy

- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, fundraising, and client-facing teams

Work Arrangement

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 18 remote workdays per quarter available at the employee's discretion, subject to manager approval — for example, four days in-office per week with one remote day weekly.
