Associate, Growth Investments

Golub Capital seeks an Associate within their Growth division to support investment sourcing and management activities for high-growth software companies.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach to software companies to develop relationships and identify investment prospects

- Research target companies, conferences, and geographies for potential deals

- Maintain and update the firm CRM database with accurate client information

- Perform market analysis to spot emerging companies and industry trends

- Execute preliminary due diligence on prospective investments

Requirements:

- Relationship-building and financial analysis capabilities

- Understanding of deal structures and risk management
