About the Team

Structured Corporate Credit (SCC) is a growth area within Private Credit, focusing on financings backed by various forms of corporate credit support. SCC provides flexible, long-term capital solutions to investment grade corporates globally to fund growth, M&A, and asset monetization across digital infrastructure, power, consumer, industrials, utilities and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and execute structured financing transactions for investment grade corporates

- Conduct credit analysis across diverse sectors including digital infrastructure, power, and healthcare

- Work alongside a global investment team on cross-border transactions

- Support deal structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring

Requirements

- Prior experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, investment banking, or private credit

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
