Analyst/Associate, Real Estate Debt

GIC's Real Estate team, which invests in real estate and real estate-related assets across more than 40 countries outside of Singapore spanning offices, retail, hotels, residential, industrial and niche property sectors, is hiring an Analyst/Associate for its London office focused on credit and hybrid investments across the capital structure. The role covers the full deal process: assisting in analysing, structuring, recommending and closing new deals including due diligence, underwriting and legal documentation; taking a primary role in financial modelling of transactions with assistance from the deal lead; preparing Investment Committee papers for senior investment staff; working with third-party managers to evaluate eligible transactions; supporting business development and relationship management; and assisting with asset management and performance monitoring of existing loan positions, including timely reporting to control functions and senior management.
