Director, Solutions Architect

General Atlantic seeks an experienced Data Solutions Architect to design technology solutions for the financial services sector. Key responsibilities: Design scalable technology and data solutions aligned with business objectives; partner with investment, finance, operations, and legal teams to translate business needs into technical architecture; define enterprise data strategy including data models and integration patterns; lead evaluation and integration of third-party platforms (CRM, ERP, cloud, security); architect data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT frameworks and cloud-native services; design Azure-based data solutions including data lakes and analytics platforms; establish best practices for data modeling, quality, lineage, and security; mentor internal teams. Requires 10+ years in solutions architecture, systems integration, and IT strategy. Deep expertise in data architecture and enterprise data integration. Hands-on Azure cloud platform experience. Base salary: $175,000-$215,000.
