About This Role
Gen II Fund Services, one of the world's largest global independent private equity fund administrators, is seeking a Senior Investor Services Analyst in New York to support investor relations and accounting functions for mid-market private equity clients.
The primary focus of this role is data collection and reporting for limited partner financial reporting and portfolio company financial information. Key responsibilities include completing quarterly data reporting requests from LPs, managing near-term cash flow projections, completing quarterly data templates covering portfolio company operating metrics, valuation metrics, and capital account metrics, and handling operational due diligence requests.
Additional responsibilities include ESG and DEI questionnaires, assisting with fundraising data requests, uploading cash flows and financials on iLevel, managing investment team input into quarterly reports, managing approval processes, and maintaining the master cash flow file for all alternative fund vehicles.
The role requires 3+ years of experience in a private equity-related accounting or reporting role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline. Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 per year plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. Hybrid schedule: three days in office, two days remote per week.
