Director, Business Development

Gen II Fund Services is a leading fund administration provider focused entirely on serving private capital asset managers and investors, combining people, process, and technology. Gen II has more than $1 trillion in private fund capital assets under administration and recently acquired Crestbridge to expand operations in the UK and Europe.

The Director of Business Development will focus on new business opportunities primarily from the Private Assets industry, including private equity, private real estate, and private credit sectors. The position reports to the Principal of Business Development and will have specific revenue objectives.

Responsibilities include identifying and developing new client relationships with private equity fund managers, private credit managers, and real estate investment managers, managing the full business development cycle from initial outreach through contract execution, representing Gen II at industry conferences and events, developing market intelligence on competitive positioning and client needs, and collaborating with operations and technology teams to communicate Gen II's service capabilities.
