Private Equity Investments Analyst (Co-Investments)

GCM Grosvenor, a leading alternative asset management firm with $80B+ AUM, is seeking a Private Equity Investments Analyst for its Co-Investments team in New York. GCM Grosvenor invests across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and absolute return strategies. The Analyst will be involved in all aspects of co-investment transactions: screening opportunities, conducting due diligence on target companies and sponsors, building LBO and co-investment return models, preparing investment committee memorandums, and monitoring portfolio investments. The role offers significant exposure to top-tier PE sponsors and direct deal flow across sectors. Requirements: strong academic record, 1-2 years of investment banking or PE experience, exceptional financial modeling skills.
