The Ventures team at Galaxy is seeking highly motivated venture investors to join its investment practice. This is a full-scope role covering the entire investment lifecycle—from thesis development and deal sourcing to due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company support.

Key responsibilities include developing investment theses across Web3, blockchain infrastructure, and AI-adjacent technologies; sourcing and evaluating early- and late-stage investment opportunities; conducting thorough due diligence including financial modeling and competitive analysis; supporting portfolio companies with strategic guidance and network access; and collaborating on investment committee presentations.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in venture capital, investment banking, or private equity with a strong interest in digital assets and emerging technologies. Exceptional analytical skills, a proactive deal-sourcing mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment are essential.
