Role Overview

Galaxy is hiring an Associate, Venture Investor to join its venture investing team in New York. Galaxy is a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, providing institutional digital asset solutions spanning trading, investment banking, asset management, and tokenization services, alongside investments in data center infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop investment theses across the digital assets and venture landscape

- Source and evaluate investment opportunities

- Conduct due diligence and build financial models

- Prepare investment memos and present thesis-driven opportunities to the investment committee

- Support portfolio companies

Qualifications

- 2+ years relevant experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field

- Prior venture capital/growth equity experience OR 2-3+ years at top-tier consulting, investment banking, or tech firms

- Strong domain knowledge in crypto, fintech, and software

- Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency

- Self-starter mentality with strong work ethic

Compensation

Base salary range of $150,000-$175,000 USD. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
