Associate, Venture Investor

Galaxy Ventures, the venture investing arm of Galaxy Digital (Nasdaq: GLXY), is hiring an Associate to join its team of venture investors in New York. The role spans the full investment lifecycle -- developing investment theses, sourcing and evaluating opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies -- with a high degree of autonomy expected in contributing to investment decisions, including presenting thesis-driven opportunities to Galaxy's investment committee. The Associate will work alongside a small, high-conviction team investing across the convergence of financial services and digital assets, spanning early-stage startups through growth and pre-IPO companies, and will interact regularly with portfolio company management teams and co-investors while helping evaluate new opportunities and monitor portfolio performance. Galaxy Digital is a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, delivering onchain infrastructure that connects institutions to digital assets including trading, advisory, asset management, staking, self-custody, and tokenization, alongside a growing data center business anchored by its Helios campus in Texas.
